As the elder of the herd, Orion carries himself with a quiet confidence that naturally invites people to slow down. There is an unmistakable steadiness about him—a grounded presence that seems to encourage others to exhale the moment they step beside him.
Orion has taught me that authentic connection begins when we leave our thoughts behind and return to our bodies. Time with him has been an ongoing practice in patience, awareness, and presence. He has a remarkable way of reminding us that our energy often speaks long before our words do.

Artemis was the first horse to join my life, and she continues to be one of my greatest teachers.
Athletic and remarkably intuitive, she possesses a quiet emotional sensitivity that often notices what others overlook. Beneath her strength is a gentle soul who delights in long massages and the simple comfort of having her mane brushed.

Our journey together transformed my understanding of fear. Through Artemis, I began to recognize how often the mind creates stories about dangers that do not truly exist. She gently challenged me to distinguish between imagined fear and genuine wisdom, inviting me to respond with presence rather than reaction. It is a lesson that continues to shape both my life and my coaching.

The youngest member of the LPC Wellness herd, Mira Rose brings bright curiosity and joyful intelligence to every interaction. Petite in stature but wonderfully expressive, she approaches life with openness, confidence, and a playful spirit that encourages others to do the same.

My journey with Mira Rose has become one of self-worth. She has reminded me that we do not have to prove our value through constant striving or performance. Though the smallest member of the herd, Cosmo possesses an extraordinary presence. Curious, kind, and endlessly genuine, he has a way of winning hearts almost immediately. His quiet confidence never asks for attention, yet people naturally find themselves drawn toward him.
